What is 360 Degree Feedback?
Simply a means of obtaining structured feedback for a team or individual. The feedback is usually from manager, colleagues and subordinates, as well as self. (Hence 360 degrees.)

Where would it be most useful?
Wherever you wanted to develop individuals, managers or staff, promote effective teamwork or establish cultural change.

What does it measure?
It can measure a broad range of things. Often the level of ability, (as perceived by others) of a manager within the company’s competency set, or skill profiles. Also often used to give feedback, on the extent to which individual managers live out the values of the company.
Norms, can also be provided for further measurement, benchmarking and comparison, for teams individuals and the organisation.

Does it fit with other Training and Development Programmes?
Yes – it can always be made to support other initiatives. In fact, it is often most powerful when used in conjunction with Management Development Programmes. It is also often used in conjunction with psychometric profiles such as Myers briggs Type Indicator or FIRO B

 Is the feedback confidential?
This is entirely up to the client. However, we have found that even in the most open of cultures, the feedback is often most honest when confidentiality is maintained.

Is there an Internet or Intranet process available?
Yes - this is 360 Profilings field of speciality. It is being requested much more frequently by our clients, as organizations provide internet access for all of their staff. This process provides speed and simplicity, while at the same time proves to be very economic for large and multiple programmes.

Is it expensive?
360Profiling.com provide a complete service from initial design to implementation of both paper and Internet/Intranet solutions with full support. Some clients use our administration service only. The cost is proportionate to the services and product provided.

Can the Internet process be multilingual?
Yes - We provide mutilingual 360 questionnaires and also a translation service for the open comments element of our 360 report. (Respondents prefer to provide comments in their native tongue and delegates prefer to read them, in their own native tongue).

Can we run the process ourselves?
Yes -The client can have access to our Profile Management Module PMM (also bilingual), this allows full control of setting up courses and distribution of questionnaires. It also provides access to a status report of the clients programme, or programmes, if more than one- 24/7. We also provide support by e-mail or phone for administrators.

Is the Internet connection secure?
Yes - Your connection to the server running the programme is 128 bit certificated. There will be a lock icon showing in the task bar on your PC to confirm this.

How will the results be presented?
You can choose from a range of options we already have available Report format or, if you prefer, we will create your own format. Your report will be full colour, branded with your own company logo and presented in a quality and style equivalent to your company identity.
